Package is not a subscription package, so:- If the active period runs out, we need to register again (does not automatically renew).- When the time is still active but the quota expires, the normal tariffs will apply or do Unreg then register again.- If the active period, but the quotas are still out there and do register again, the remaining quotas charred / not in the accumulation to the next register.
